Super quick note about car rentals: I generally recommend having a car for all of these coliving options. You can get away without having one at Outsite since you can walk to town and the grocery store pretty easily from this location, but the other three will be best with a car, and I definitely recommend having a car if you’re surfing so you don’t have to lug your between surf spots. If renting a car really isn’t an option for you, Uber and Bolt are available and pretty reliable in Ericeira.
